Vishrut exited his first technology venture on a white-labeled mobile loyalty program, to a silicon valley entity that he helped raise a series A round for. The cloud-based solution awarded 4 billion loyalty points to over one million active mobile app users.

In his prior corporate stints, he worked on the unwinding of Lehman Brothers' derivatives book post-bankruptcy in 2008. This aided settlement of multi-billion dollar lawsuits against the likes of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and other Wall Street banks. As a consultant, he carried out derivatives modeling at PGAM, a hedge fund run by Nobel Laureate, Myron Scholes. He also facilitated fund NAV calculations at the George Soros owned hedge fund, Soros Funds Management. Further, he managed derivatives instrument and pricing data at Standard and Poors. He executed his consulting assignments while working as an Advisory Consultant at GoldenSource and as a Director of Professional Services at Numerix LLC in New York City.

As a student, he was a research assistant to professor Hans Stoll, author of the first paper on put-call parity in options contracts. He also worked on question answering systems (in a similar domain as IBM Watson), while enrolled in the University of Washington graduate program for application of Artificial Intelligence to Medicine. He has been a guest speaker on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at various institutes. Vishrut holds a BS in computer engineering and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Nilesh has over 20 years of domain expertise in delivering optimal business results via technology solutions in the Financial Services Domain. He has rich multi-cultural global experience in providing strategic business solutions that leverage technology, creating large-scale revenue opportunities and cost benefits to clients.

Nilesh has been the Industry Principal at Infosys, providing domain leadership for Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management business clients globally, heading a team of over 500 and a P&L of USD 45 million. Recently he has led the digital transformation of a large housing finance company in India, building the core Loan origination platform from scratch to bring in agility in the loan origination process. The system was designed using Red Hat PAM as business process management and rule configuration engine. In his career, he has undertaken transformational programs to build the collateral management system for many tier 1 Investment Banks. Projects that involved development of platforms that enable the bank to achieve real-time & cross asset margining capabilities, improved STP rates in margin call processing, automation of margin call communication, and ability to view single counterparty exposure that is mandated by regulation.

Nilesh has done his Bachelor of Engineering, a PGDBA in Finance, and his CFA from ICFAI Hyderabad.

Samir brings to Yodaplus unlearning culture to help build flat organization which is based on principles of empathy, feedback, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.

Samir is Ph.D. in Economics from Mumbai University with MA (Eco), MMS (Finance), BE (Mech) as other qualifications.

Experience
Samir joined Yodaplus and has brings to the table expertise in Agile transformation, Professional services, Capital markets, Data Quality Management. For past few years Samir has been exploring application of Machine Learning for Predictive analytics in Equity and related derivatives market and developing prototypes in R to evaluate model effectiveness. His research work in areas of expertise has been selected for presentation in economic conferences across famous universities around the world.

History
Prior to Yodaplus, Samir was Vice President of Operations and Technology for an Insurance Startup. Samir worked as Professional Service Leader for India at GoldenSource, a leading reference data management company as well has spent time in technology firms like Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. He takes pride to have been associated with prominent India Capital Market infrastructure pivots like National Securities Depository Limited and National Stock Exchange of India in early stage of his career
