Is MyConsentApp a registered Consent Manager?
Not yet. MyConsentApp is built to be a Consent Manager and its registration with the Data Protection Board of India is pending; the registration window is expected to open in November 2026. You can design, integrate and test your flows in the sandbox today so you're ready when it goes live.
Why use a Consent Manager instead of building our own?
The Act lets your customers give, review and withdraw consent through a registered Consent Manager. Using one gives you a neutral, standard and independently verifiable record, instead of building and defending a home-grown system across every channel.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. MyConsentApp plugs into what you already run through its API and webhooks. Our job is to connect it to your journeys and back-office systems with minimal disruption.
How long does implementation take?
A single API integration can be done in a day. A full rollout depends on how many channels, systems and processors are involved; we give you a scoped plan and timeline after the discovery call.
